Proper care is essential to prevent tangling of the hair. Follow these general care directions to keep your wig looking its best:

• Start by shampooing the hair, making sure to run your fingers from the scalp to the ends. Avoid tangling while the hair is wet by refraining from using a circular motion.
• Apply conditioner and comb through the hair while the conditioner is in. Once the hair is conditioned, brush it out from the ends to the roots while it is still wet.
• Apply a small amount of mousse to the entire head and then shake out the hair without touching or disturbing the curls.
• Allow the hair to air dry or use a hooded dryer.
• Caution: Do not allow the temperature of curling or flattening irons to exceed 400°F. Avoid using any curling or straightening chemicals, as well as oil sheen, hair glosser, mist, or similar products, as they may cause tangling.
• When sleeping, use a satin covering to protect the hair.
• The ideal temperature range for curling is from 260℉ to 400℉. Please note that the curl tends to get tighter as the temperature increases. Our stylists recommend 380℉ as the ideal temperature for curling and straightening. Caution: Please do not exceed 400℉.
